The INSIGHT Health Risk Assessment is a science-based analysis
of participant health, lifestyle behaviors, health history, and risk
factors for disease. In addition to biometric measures such as
weight, height, blood pressure, blood cholesterol levels, and blood
glucose, the INSIGHT Health Risk Assessment also includes measures for
productivity, perceived health, job and life satisfaction, and
safety.
Individuals can access the INSIGHT Health Risk Assessment
electronically, in a secure online environment, or use paper and
pencil to complete the mail-in form. Personalized, confidential
results are reported directly back to participants, including
positive reinforcement for areas individuals are doing well and
recommendations for improvement where appropriate.
