HealthFitness' approach addresses the legitimate frustration of most major corporations with lifestyle programs: vendor compensation is based solely on employee enrollment in a program—not results.

With HealthFitness' pricing model, our compensation is based on employee participation and we're paid at the rate we keep employees actively engaged in their personalized program. If the employee stops participating, you stop paying.

When HealthFitness designs and manages a health management program, most employers see a first-year return in the 1.5:1 range. Typical returns for year two are 2:1 and year three returns are generally in the 2.5:1 to 3:1 range.

It's just that simple.

To provide you with tools to measure the effectiveness of our programs, we offer outcomes reporting that assesses program success and measures process (participation and engagement rates), health outcomes (documented Time 1/Time 2 risk reductions), financial outcomes (ROI), and participant satisfaction surveys.
