Paul Lotharius, President and Chief Executive Officer
Paul brings more than 20 years’ experience in operations and technology management in the health care and insurance industries. Prior to HealthFitness, Paul was president and chief executive officer of CoreSource, a provider of benefit administration and health management services.
He received his Master of Business Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Purdue University.
Brian Gagne, Chief Operations Officer
Brian has more than 20 years of health,
fitness and wellness experience in the corporate, commercial
and medical fitness markets. Prior to joining HealthFitness in
2003, Brian was director of integrated behavioral solutions
and provided strategic design and development for patient
education programs, as well as tools for the Johnson &
Johnson family of companies. Brian has a master’s degree in
exercise physiology and a bachelor’s degree in exercise
science from the University of Illinois.
Dennis Richling, M.D., Chief Medical and Wellness Officer
Dennis has a diverse background covering clinical services, wellness product development, community education and programming, and health care policy research. He is also currently senior medical director for Trustmark, HealthFitness’ parent company. His previous experience includes serving as chief medical officer of health services for the Union Pacific Railroad, which received numerous awards and recognition for its health management services. Dennis received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and is a fellow of the Institute of Medicine of Chicago.
Sean Katz, Chief Information
Officer
Sean brings a strong technical background and a focus on capitalizing on emerging technology to drive business value. Prior to HealthFitness, Katz was an enterprise technology strategist at Health Care Services Corporation, a medical health insurance company covering more than 12 million lives. In this position, he was responsible for developing enterprise technology strategies for the organization. Katz has a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in computer science and applied math from University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa.
Sean McManamy, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Sean is responsible for coordinating and creating alignment around HealthFitness’ long-term growth strategy. Prior to HealthFitness, he was vice president, product development and marketing for fellow Trustmark subsidiary, CoreSource, where he was responsible for ongoing development of the company’s data analytics and population health management programs. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Marquette University.
Brian Harrigan, Vice President, Sales and Development
Brian is responsible for leading the business development and sales team for all population health management and fitness solutions. Brian also works to support HealthFitness’ strategic planning and competitive position in the market. Brian has more than 10 years of experience in the health care industry with a strong emphasis on new business development, strategic planning, account management, and marketing. Brian is a graduate of Duquesne University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communications.
Kelly Merriman, Vice President, Service Delivery
Kelly ensures operational excellence for all participant services, which include: lifestyle and condition management coaching, worksite screening, on-site programming, and engagement and health advocacy services. She has more than 15 years of experience in operations and management in the health and wellness sector. Prior to HealthFitness, Kelly was director of the Research Data Assistance Center, a federal contractor organization, where she was responsible for building and leading a national support center for researchers utilizing Medicare and Medicaid data. She completed coach training through the Coaches Training Institute and has a master’s degree in epidemiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Gregory Siedschlag, Vice President of Finance
Greg oversees all budgeting, purchasing, reporting and other financial operations for HealthFitness. Prior to joining HealthFitness, he held a variety of financial accounting and controlling positions at several well-known Minneapolis-based companies, including 11 years with the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Greg has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and is a certified public accountant-inactive.
Tina Loskota, Vice President, Human Resources
Tina is responsible for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration, safety and legal compliance. She has more than 15 years experience in human resources leadership and management specific to the health and wellness industry. Tina graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in communications and received certification as a professional in human resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Debra Marshall, Vice President,
Marketing
Debra is responsible for HealthFitness'
global strategic marketing and communications initiatives. She
brings more than 26 years' experience marketing to both the
business community and consumers. More than a decade of
Debra's expertise is concentrated in the health and fitness
industries, delivering measurable success through marketing
communications for a health and fitness facility and an
industry-leading manufacturer of inline skates. Prior to
HealthFitness, Debra served as marketing director for a
software developer of transaction assurance tools for health
care and other markets. A graduate of Hamline University,
Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social psychology.
She has continued her professional education through courses
in effective marketing programs, strategic long-term planning,
employee management systems and persuasiveness and
presentation.
Katherine Meacham, Vice President, Account
Management
Katherine leads the national account management team, ensuring client satisfaction and business results. Katherine brings more than 22 years experience in the health and fitness industry, including leadership positions with the design and development of health management strategies for more than 100 organizations. Prior to HealthFitness, she spent 15 years with the Health & Fitness Division of Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., where she was director of marketing services and national sales, leading business expansion in the United States and internationally. Katherine has a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in exercise science and sports management from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University.
Bob George, Vice President, Operations
Bob is responsible for leading and integrating the Reporting and Analysis, Customer Service, Fulfillment and Implementation teams. He brings 25 years of industry experience, including 14 years of on-site program management and 11 years of regional operations management. Bob joined HealthFitness in 2003 as part of the Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. acquisition. He holds a Bachelor of Science in health, physical education and recreation management from Indiana University.
Mark Totts, Vice President, Product Development
Mark previously served as vice president, product development, for the Trustmark Employer Medical Division, where he was responsible for developing quality client-focused solutions based on market analysis and strategy. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry. Mark holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in business management with a concentration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin. |
